Seems like the tierset are a threatset, with all that BV on it, thats pretty nice. But ofc we need to know th setbonuses aswell, before we pick our gear. However, those shoulders look nice, but if I take them I loose the (4) bonus.... Maybe use these on bosses and T7 on trash.
